Content Ownership: The Client warrants that they own or have the necessary rights to use all content provided to us.
Payment: The Client is responsible for making timely payments as outlined in the project agreement or proposal.
4. Payment and Fees

5. Intellectual Property

- Portfolio Usage: We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and on our Website for promotional purposes.
- Source Files: The delivery of source files will be specified in the project agreement.
6. Revisions and Changes
- The number of revisions included in a project will be specified in the project agreement or proposal.
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon number may incur additional fees.
- Changes to the original project scope may result in additional fees and extended timelines.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation policies will be outlined in the project agreement or proposal.
- Deposits are typically non-refundable.
