1. Project Initiation and Cancellation:
* Before Project Commencement: If you cancel your project before any design work has started, you will receive a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.
* After Initial Concept Presentation: If you cancel after the initial concept presentation, refunds are generally not offered
2. Dissatisfaction with Final Product:
* We offer a reasonable number of revisions (as specified in your project agreement) to ensure you are satisfied with the final design. If, after these revisions, you are still not satisfied, we will review your concerns and attempt to find a resolution.
* Refunds for dissatisfaction with the final product are considered on a case-by-case basis. We will assess whether the dissatisfaction stems from a failure to meet the agreed-upon specifications or from subjective preferences.
* Subjective preferences, such as “I don’t like the style,” are generally not grounds for a full refund.
* If a refund is granted due to failure to meet agreed upon specifications, the amount will be determined based on the degree of failure and the work that will need to be redone.
* No refunds will be given after final files have been delivered and approved.
3. Technical Issues:
* If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the delivered files, we will provide assistance to resolve the problem.
4. Refund Process:

* Please provide a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request, along with any supporting documentation.
* We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
* Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.
* Transaction fees are non-refundable.
5. Non-Refundable Items:
* Rush fees.
* Third-party costs (e.g., stock photos, fonts, printing).
* Time spent on revisions beyond the agreed-upon number.
* Completed projects that have been approved by the client.
6. Changes to this Policy:
* We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.

* Clear communication is essential. Please provide detailed feedback and communicate any concerns promptly.
